1. Acceptance of terms
These terms govern your use of Crumb & Co. (the “Service”). By placing an order, creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

2. Definitions
“You” means anyone who uses the Service. “Order” means a cake you ask us to make through the Service.
3. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version in the Service at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes that affect you materially).
4. Accounts
You don't need an account to order. If you make one, keep your login details safe. You must be at least 13 years old to sign up.
5. The service
Orders need a pickup date at least 3 days out, and each day takes up to 8 orders. You pay in person when you pick up your cake.
6. Your responsibilities
Give us a correct name and phone number, and don't use someone else's account or interfere with how the Service runs.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may warn, suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by events outside our control or by your own actions.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
